Vanessa’s desire is full transparency with this short term project. It’s a one-time project, for now, with order dates closing May 12, 2025. This manner of organization is so she can plan paper/canvas and shipping tubes ordering the week after all orders are in and then dedicate her own time, free of administrative costs, to printing and fulfillment starting the week of June 1, 2025. 

As of right now, the printer, ink, paper media and website hosting have been fully sponsored. Vanessa will not take any fees for her time in coordinating this entire effort, marketing and fulfilling this project in an effort to completely eliminate administrative fees. Work done by her assistant will be paid out of Vanessa’s pocket so it’s not taken out of any proceeds. Her hope is to bring in more sponsors to cover shipping and handling costs to maximize the amount given. 

She has partnered with World Vision to ensure that proceeds go directly to clean water efforts in Kenya, and hopefully to the Maasai Mara area she visited. Funds will be held by Vanessa under PhVusion LLC until 30 days after all orders have been fulfilled to ensure successful delivery and no need to reprints need to be made. 

After that plans will be made to give the funds to World Vision for the sole purpose of providing clean water through the methods of, but not limited to, building wells and World Vision’s WASH efforts. A full recap and report of this project will be provided and Vanessa can hardly wait to show you the lasting impact you have all helped make!
